You will be able to support companies, by enjoying the flexibility of scheduling your own hours that work best for you. You are paid bi-weekly for your service and will receive a 1099 at the end of the year for tax purposes. You must be 18 years or older, pass a basic customer service assessment, and a criminal background check.

All hiring companies offer remote, entry-level training, and guarantee placement upon successful completion of one of the many online, live, instructor-led, training sessions that can last between 2-3 weeks. Thereafter, you will work permanently through ZelMetric LLC as an Independent Contractor for one of the major corporations Full or Part-time, taking inbound calls for a required minimum of 15 hours. During this time you will be supported administratively by our staff members so long as you remain a contractor for the company. This includes assisting you with registration, choosing a company, training, contract retention, payroll, advancement, 1099 filing assistance, and more.

The hourly pay rate can range from $9.00-15.00 per hour (depending on the company). And you can remain with them as long as you choose to stay committed to the Company's Core Competencies and strive to meet the required metrics to satisfy the department's goals and initiatives. Certifications are not offered in CA, CT, MD, MA, NY, OR, or WI at this time.
You will be expected to work for a minimum of six months before terminating your contract with us without penalty. You will be required to have a suitable Laptop/PC, High-Speed Internet, and phone service in your home (phone service can be acquired as late as one week before training ends). Please contact us to check the availability of companies that do not require a home phone. There is no penalty if you choose to leave after 6 months. Penalties can include not being able to apply again or a deduction in your final pay.

Once you pass a background check and are enrolled you will participate in their rigorous, live, online training program, specifically designed by the client. This allows you to become efficient in their products, services, and policies to support their customer base. Training can last from 2-3 weeks depending on the Company. After training, you will have the confidence you need in order to provide world-class service and meet the required metrics outlined in your contract.
