Equipment Requirements
Although each client may request agents to have specific equipment requirements, below are the basic requirements needed to pass the registration process. Some positions may require a call center/landline phone while most only require a USB headset. Please be sure to check your Opportunity Announcement (PDF) for contract details. All contracts require Work-at-Home Agents to be hard-wired, wifi will not be operable.
